The name “Seed and Bean” originated from your initial concept: covering seeds and beans in chocolate. Over time, the company evolved to produce chocolate bars, similar to its current offerings, though with some visual differences in earlier products.
From its inception, Seed & Bean has prioritised ethical practices. In 2016, it became the first UK chocolate brand with fully compostable packaging, utilising Natureflex™, a cellulose film derived from eucalyptus wood pulp. The company is committed to zero plastic and zero waste, aligning this commitment with its adventurous approach.
Seed & Bean distinguishes itself not only through its ethical practices but also through its flavour offerings. It boasts 18 unique and daring flavours, inviting you, the consumer, to explore bold tastes with its range of chocolates. Cambrook Foods was founded in 2012 by Angus Cameron and Michael Brooks. Having worked in the nut business for over 25 years they decided to start a business producing nuts. The best grades of nuts are a given, so it is all about the way they take a raw nut and make it into something special.
