We are committed to delivering your healthy snacks and snack boxes in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping to the UK mainland. Please note that we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We partner with reputable carriers such as the Royal Mail, DPD and other hauliers to ensure reliable delivery of your order. The specific shipping method used may depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination.
Shipping Costs:
We charge £4.99 for deliveries.
Estimated delivery times
Order cut off is placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched next working day. UK delivery takes 2–3 business days. Please allow longer during bank holidays.
Delivery:
We will ensure your order is securely packaged for transit. Upon delivery, a signature may be required. If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave it with a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
Delays and Issues:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at sales@eatsnacks.co.uk with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@eatsnacks.co.uk. We will try our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.
